Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LiveFace - Masti website and mobile applications (the "Service"), operated by [Company legal name], having its registered office at [Registered address] ("we", "us", "our").

The Service lets adult users meet other users through random one-to-one live video chat. We act as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules"). We do not create, select or edit what users say or show on calls.

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Service is strictly not for minors.

• You must give your true date of birth, name and gender. Gender cannot be changed after sign-up.
• We may ask for additional verification (for example, a selfie) at any time. Failure to complete it may limit your access.
• If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will terminate it immediately and may report it to the authorities.

You sign in with a mobile number verified by a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone secure. One person may hold one account. Selling, renting, or sharing accounts is prohibited.

You must tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree that you will not:

• show nudity, sexual acts, sexually explicit material, or engage in sexual solicitation of any kind;
• harass, bully, threaten, stalk, shame, or discriminate against anyone on grounds of religion, caste, gender, race, region, disability or otherwise;
• involve, depict, or target anyone under 18, or use the Service if you are under 18;
• share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm;
• ask for or share money, OTPs, bank details, or run scams, phishing, advertising or spam;
• record, screenshot, stream or otherwise capture another user's video, audio or chat without their explicit consent;
• impersonate another person, or misrepresent your gender or age;
• use bots, scripts, VPNs or other tools to evade bans, limits, or moderation;
• attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.

Users can report or block anyone during a call. We may use automated tools and human review to detect violations. We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban any account, restrict features, or remove access without prior notice if we believe these Terms or the law have been violated. Banned users are not entitled to a refund of any unused subscription period.

We may preserve and disclose information to law enforcement or government agencies where required by law or a valid legal order.

• Free for women: Women can use the Service without payment, subject to completing profile verification. We may withdraw or modify verification requirements to prevent misuse.
• Free tier for men: Free users can use the Service with advertisements. An ad is shown after every 2 completed matches.
• Paid plans: 7 Days (₹499), 15 Days (₹799) and 30 Days (₹1,199). Paid users enjoy an ad-free experience and premium features such as the gender filter.
• GST: Prices shown are inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. [Confirm GST treatment with your CA]
• No minutes limit: Paid plans have no minutes cap on video calls, subject to reasonable fair use. We may limit or suspend usage that is automated, abusive, or that strains our systems.
• Plans are a one-time purchase for the stated period. They do not auto-renew. Buying while a plan is active extends it by the new plan's duration.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.

The Service, including its name, logo, design, software and content (other than user content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.

Calls are between users and are live and unscripted. We cannot control or guarantee what other users say or do, or verify every user's identity or claims. You use the Service at your own risk. Never share personal, financial or location information with strangers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that video quality will be constant, as it depends on your network and device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights, the courts at [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Complaints can first be raised with our Grievance Officer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by SMS. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
