Template notice: This document is a starting template and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified Indian lawyer before launch. Fill every [PLACEHOLDER] with the company's real details.
1.Be respectful
- Treat every person the way you want to be treated. A polite "hi" goes a long way.
- If someone is not interested, press Next and move on. Do not argue, beg or pressure.
- No abuse, slurs, bullying, hate or discrimination of any kind.
2.Zero-tolerance behaviour
The following results in an immediate permanent ban and, where required by law, a report to the police or other authorities:
- Nudity, sexual acts, indecent exposure or sexually explicit content on camera, voice or chat.
- Anything involving minors, or users who appear to be under 18.
- Threats, blackmail, sextortion, stalking or doxxing.
- Recording, screenshotting or sharing another person's call without their consent.
- Promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity.
3.Be honest
- Use your real gender and age. Fake gender or fake verification leads to a ban.
- No scams, fake offers, requests for money or OTPs, and no advertising or promoting other apps.
4.Stay safe
- Do not share your phone number, address, school or workplace, social media, or bank details with strangers.
- Never send money to anyone you meet here.
- Use a neutral background and keep identifying information out of view.
- You are never obliged to continue a call. Trust your instincts and leave.
5.Report abuse
On any call, tap Report and pick a reason, or tap Block so you are never matched with that person again. Our moderators review every report, and accounts that receive several reports in a short time are automatically suspended for review.
To report something outside a call, or to share evidence, contact support. For urgent threats to life or safety, call 112. You can report cybercrime at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
6.What happens when rules are broken
Depending on severity we may issue a warning, suspend the account, or ban it permanently along with its phone number and devices. Banned users are not eligible for refunds. Decisions can be appealed through the Grievance Officer.
